Payments
All charges are shown in US Dollars. Payments are to be made in US Dollars. Dog & Friends™ accepts the following types of payment:
- Check or Money Order
- Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover)
We require that payment be made in full before any product is shipped.
Returned (NSF) Checks
Dog & Friends™ charges a $25.00 fee for returned (NSF) checks. Customers that issue an NSF check will be required to submit future payments with a certified check or money order.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, your request must be received before your product is shipped. Please call or e-mail us using our Contact form.
Refund/Exchange Policy
Refunds will be provided in the same payment method of the original payment. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN ONE (1) DAY OF RECEIPT OF GOODS. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES WILL ONLY BE GRANTED ON PRODUCTS THAT ARE STILL SEALED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. SHIPPING FEES ARE INELIGIBLE FOR REFUND. ALTERED ITEMS, OR ITEMS WHICH HAVE BEEN ENGRAVED, PERSONALIZED, CUSTOMIZED OR RESIZED ARE ALSO INELIGIBLE FOR REFUND. A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY TO ALL REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ITEMS THAT ARE NOT DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. If an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately either via telephone or our Contact page so that we may assist you promptly.
